Controls

·       Left click on ground: build a tower (35 gold).

·       Left click on a tower: upgrade it.

·       Space / Start Wave button: start the next wave.

·       Speed button: toggle 1x / 2x game speed.

·       Esc / Pause button: pause the game.

·       R: restart.
